Do you manage the accounts or just create the content?
On every package, we create the content — photos, videos, captions, and a content calendar — and you post it. Want us to manage your accounts too, including scheduling, posting, and community management? We can add that for an additional fee.
Where do the photo and video shoots happen?
Photo and video are captured on the same shoot day — at your business or storefront, in a studio, or on location around Austin, wherever fits your brand best. Shoots outside the Austin area are available with travel added.
What platforms are covered?
Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook natively. LinkedIn and Pinterest content is available on Identity.
Can I use the photos and videos for other purposes?
Yes — all photos and videos are fully licensed to you for use across your website, ads, and marketing materials.
How do you handle brand voice and approvals?
We start with a discovery call and build a brand brief before month one, so everything sounds and looks like you. You approve every photo, video, and caption before it's final, with multiple rounds of revisions available.
